Banking Group, Vienna, Project lead of next generation
online banking (authentication/security): The Board commissioned the design, implementation &
roll out of the group’s new cutting-edge online banking solution. This was a key part of their strategic decision to be the digital transformation leader in the market.
Banking Group, Vienna, Project lead for the
implementation of MIFID II Compliance: In order to achieve MIFID II compliance (newly imposed by the EU
banking regulator) in time thus avoiding multi-million penalties analysis all relevant processes and systems had to be made compliant, and the regulatory reporting set up. Led a team of 60
specialists and governed a budget of 6 million EUR, successfully delivering the full scope within time and budget.
TelCo, Düsseldorf, Project lead for fixed-mobile
convergence:The Board decided that a
convergent product portfolio for the German B2B market be introduced. Theincremental NPV (5 years) of the introduction of the portfolio was 32 million EUR.
Facility Management, Vienna, Project
Lead: Directed a five person team to reengineer the delivery
and quality processes. As a result, client satisfaction has risen considerably, while the churn rate was reduced by 50%.
TelCo, Milan, PMO, developed and implemented a Mobile
Portal Strategy: Within a very tight timeframe, the client had targeted
to deploy a new international mobile portal, a new revenue driver. A team of 3 client resources and 10 consultants made sure that the launch and all further releases were successful. After 18
months the portal had already 1.3 million customers, exceeding forecasts by far.
